I cannot say enough good things about this place. The property was beautiful, the home was fantastic, tons of amenities and the kids loved it. This was the perfect definition of what every airbnb should be. The home had everything you need at a stay away from home and the kitchen was impressively stocked including every type of normal spice, oils, multiple coffees, sugar/stevia, cream, nice tablewares, and every pot/pan ranging from nonstick to cast iron. In fact, we did not have to leave the home at any point to go get something menial or have to message the owners about not having enough of something. Would definitely recommend if you are someone just looking for a peaceful stay with a ton of outdoor space and activities.

The main cabin comfortably sleeps 6, with space for up to 8 using an additional memory foam bed.

We love animals, but we're not set up for pets at the cabin. To maintain our cleaning standards and keep the space comfortable for all guests—including those with allergies—we keep the cabin pet-free. There’s also wildlife on the property, and we want to keep everything here safe and undisturbed.
Small gatherings work well here—family get-togethers, retreats, and milestone celebrations.

This place truly deserves more than 10 stars 🌟 It’s not just beautiful—it’s peaceful in a way that’s hard to put into words. From the moment we arrived, you could feel how much care and love the owners have poured into every detail. They were so kind and quick to respond, which made the entire experience even more special. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to many places, even all the way to Alaska, but somehow this hidden gem—only 15 minutes from home—touched me more than any of them. There’s something really special here that you just have to experience for yourself. We left feeling grateful, relaxed, and already wanting to come back. If we’re fortunate enough to stay here again, we absolutely will. Thank you for creating such a breathtaking and meaningful place for people to enjoy. under priced for sure but please don't tell them so i can afford to bring my family back hahahahah. its perfect
Well this is not just an Airbnb, it is an experience! Truly unique and such a gift that David shares it. We found it hard to leave the house to do anything else because it is just so comfortable and the property is epically beautiful. It is the most private place we’ve ever stayed, you can’t see any other homes or streets. You feel like royalty having 300 acres all to yourself. Abundant wildflowers and huge trees. We had a blast riding around on the Ranger- like what Airbnb has a Ranger!? Deer and lightning bugs in the forest. Oh and also there’s a natural spring and stream! There were just too many wonderful things to include here! Loved the porch and rocking chairs. Definitely gets an award for coffee accoutrements, I think there are 7 different coffee makers! You will be so SPOILED after you stay here, so don’t say I didn’t warn you!!
We had such a great and peaceful time at the Whispering Pines Retreat cabin! It was soooooo beautiful! The nature surround the cabin is breathtaking! The cabin itself is gorgeous! So beautifully decorated! I loved it! Our kids had a blast on the pedal boat and on the Ranger. We caught 4 little bass during our stay! And we saw 3 deers!!!! Our kids love the outdoors so this place was everything they ever wanted! We definitely would love to stay here again! The hosts were so responsive and attentive, I truly appreciated that
Perfect place to get away. It was perfect. the weather, the scenery. There was nothing I needed that they didn't have. Lovely home nice and clean place is as exactly as the photos. I will definitely be going back more than once.
This was one of our all-time favorite AirBnB stays. We loved the coffee bar, the hot tub, and the quiet surroundings. We’re already dreaming of returning when we can enjoy the pond—it was a bit chilly during our stay.
This was our first time booking on Airbnb and it did not disappoint! We went with friends for our son's 10th birthday and had the best time ever! The area is beautiful and the house was fantastic! Everything was clean and neat, but also felt like home. The kids had the best time fishing, exploring, and hot tubbing while the adults relaxed. We also loved to be able to ride our side x side on the trails to take in the area and see the wildlife. We even had an owl sighting! We went to see the beehives and tried out the local honey which was delicious! We even bought some to bring home. Our catchphrase for the weekend became "they really thought of everything!" Anytime we needed something there it appeared like magic, the little touches provided by the hosts really made a difference! The kids have already asked to come back!
