Yes—there are no shared spaces, no neighboring cabins, and no public access. The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay.
The property can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The main cabin comfortably sleeps 6, with space for up to 8 using an additional memory foam bed.
Up to 2 more guests can stay in the optional RV suite.
We love animals, but we're not set up for pets at the cabin. To maintain our cleaning standards and keep the space comfortable for all guests—including those with allergies—we keep the cabin pet-free. There’s also wildlife on the property, and we want to keep everything here safe and undisturbed.
Small gatherings work well here—family get-togethers, retreats, and milestone celebrations.

It’s a quiet, electric side-by-side that lets you explore miles of private roads and trails across the property. Many guests say it completely changes how they experience the land.
A signed waiver and additional fee are required. Just request it when booking and we’ll take care of the rest.
Yes—a Tesla Universal EV charger is available for guest use.
It works with Tesla vehicles and most other EVs (via J1772), so you can plug in without needing special arrangements. Charging is included with your stay, making it easy to arrive, settle in, and not think about it again.
Yes—the cabin is equipped with a backup generator.
Power outages are rare, but if one does occur, the generator helps keep essential systems running so your stay remains comfortable and uninterrupted.
The pond is stocked with bass, bluegill, and tilapia.
Guests are welcome to keep as many bluegill as they like, along with up to 5 bass and 5 tilapia per stay. Everything else is catch-and-release to help maintain a healthy fish population.

Yes—fast fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin, making it easy to work remotely if needed. We have a dedicated workspace too.
No—standard vehicles can access the property without issue. Roads are maintained and easy to navigate in normal conditions.

You’ll have access to a full property map, along with QR codes you can scan on your phone. We also include a guide to some of the more tucked-away spots, like the spring-fed pool.
No—hunting is not permitted.
The property is managed for recreation, relaxation, and wildlife observation. Guests are welcome to enjoy the land, but not to hunt.
