★★★★★I cannot say enough good things about this place. The property was beautiful, the home was fantastic, tons of amenities and the kids loved it. This was the perfect definition of what every airbnb should be. The home had everything you need at a stay away from home and the kitchen was impressively stocked including every type of normal spice, oils, multiple coffees, sugar/stevia, cream, nice tablewares, and every pot/pan ranging from nonstick to cast iron. In fact, we did not have to leave the home at any point to go get something menial or have to message the owners about not having enough of something. Would definitely recommend if you are someone just looking for a peaceful stay with a ton of outdoor space and activities.

★★★★★Well this is not just an Airbnb, it is an experience! Truly unique and such a gift that David shares it. We found it hard to leave the house to do anything else because it is just so comfortable and the property is epically beautiful. It is the most private place we’ve ever stayed, you can’t see any other homes or streets. You feel like royalty having 300 acres all to yourself. Abundant wildflowers and huge trees. We had a blast riding around on the Ranger- like what Airbnb has a Ranger!? Deer and lightning bugs in the forest. Oh and also there’s a natural spring and stream! There were just too many wonderful things to include here! Loved the porch and rocking chairs. Definitely gets an award for coffee accoutrements, I think there are 7 different coffee makers! You will be so SPOILED after you stay here, so don’t say I didn’t warn you!!

The area is beautiful and the house was fantastic! Everything was clean and neat, but also felt like home. The kids had the best time fishing, exploring, and hot tubbing while the adults relaxed. We also loved to be able to ride our side x side on the trails to take in the area and see the wildlife. We even had an owl sighting! We went to see the beehives and tried out the local honey which was delicious! We even bought some to bring home. Our catchphrase for the weekend became "they really thought of everything!" Anytime we needed something there it appeared like magic, the little touches provided by the hosts really made a difference! The kids have already asked to come back!

★★★★★It was husband’s 40th and my kids spring break and we wanted a place to connect with each other and be outside. David & Theresa’s slice of heaven provided us more than what we wanted. Watching my kids fish off the dock and reel in fish after fish was so enjoyable. We even had a lunchtime fish fry. Walking the nature trails and taking the side by side was a must. The property is so peaceful. The cabin was spotless and very intentional, having exactly what we needed. Awesome coffee bar with so many options and a full kitchen to make you feel right at home. My husband and I definitely want to go back. Thank you for sharing your place with us and being so helpful anytime I messaged you. My only regret is not booking a longer trip! I personally loved all the non toxic choices for cleaning products and the way you care for your home. Also having the high chair and playpen already set up for us was very kind and helpful.

If you’re looking for a peaceful place to slow down and enjoy the outdoors, this is it. We spent our days hiking the trails, doing a little fishing, and riding bikes around the property. In the evenings we’d soak in the hot tub under the stars and end the night around the campfire making s’mores. It’s the kind of place where you lose track of time in the best way. One thing we really loved was the gourmet coffee bar. They’ve got all kinds of different ways to make a good cup of coffee, and sitting out in the quiet with a fresh cup in the morning was hard to beat. You can tell a lot of care went into making this place special. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and a great spot to reconnect and make some good memories. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

The drive up for the first time is simply breathtaking and only the beginning of a wonderful stay. Every view is beautiful and peaceful. The house is perfectly cozy, homey, sparkling clean and inviting. Love the natural, simplistic decor. All the furnishings are sturdy and thoughtfully chosen. The kitchen is stocked well with very nice dishes and utensils and everything extra. All the beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable. ★★★★★Driving back a dirt road we didn’t quite know what would be around the corner but when we saw this cabin and the pond with the fire pit stocked with wood and café lights over top, we knew this was going to be a great stay. The house is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The toilets have bidets. French press coffee. A hot tub. A beautiful weber grill. We really only needed to pack our clothes and toiletries and food because everything else was there. Now that we are home my wife wants bidets for our toilets and a hot tub. Thanks for that David. Ha ha. Our biggest takeaway was that we did not watch TV and our kids weren’t on tablets. They learned the love of fishing catching crappy off the dock. We paddled around the pond on the kayak and the canoe, looking for frogs in the moss. Jumping off the dock and swimming was refreshing. We had a fire every night under the café lights and roasted s’mores that were also provided. If you’re thinking of booking, please do it!
