Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled 14+ days before check-in
- 50% refund if canceled 7–14 days before check-in
- No refunds within 7 days of check-in

Property Guidelines
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
- No pets allowed
- No parties or large gatherings without prior approval
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use anywhere on the property
- Excessive stains or damage (including linens) may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges
- Children must be supervised at all times near the pond and hot tub
